Description: The DTC delivery shift supervisor is responsible for ensuring the delivery depot runs operationally smooth during their shift. In this dynamic and engaging role, you will contribute to both operation and inventory functions that take place every day. While on shift, the supervisor leads by example and embodies the TPCo’s values, while holding a team of drivers and associates accountable to the same. TPCo is a customer eccentric company, and all duties and actions should be done with the customer and their experience in mind.

Adhere to all policies, procedures and compliance regulations.
Provide professionalism and accurate timely, information in oral, written, and electronic communication to both customers and staff.
Respond to all online delivery chats in a timely manner.
Provide world-class customer service.
Continuous update of all products and up to date on promotions or sales.
Collaborative in both a team environment and as an individual contributor.
Assist in keeping a sanitary and clean work environment.
Act as an ambassador of The Parent Company representing the company values.
Facilitate the usage of company software.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Operations: This position will work in an indoor manufacturing facility with controlled temperatures; may be exposed to bright lighting, loud equipment, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and working in close proximity with staff and vendors.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2- 3 years retail or delivery customer service experience in a leadership role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Ability to be flexible by adapting to changes in both priorities and work environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work revolves around objectives, projects and priorities, not hours; must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.
Must be able to travel to other office locations.
Ability to use computer and calculator for 8 hours or more.
Required to have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history. Must have own transportation.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
Selected candidate will be required to complete a post offer, pre-employment background check with the local law enforcement or San Jose Police Department.
