Position:
Case Manager (2 Positions Available)
Shift Type/Workday:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Compensation:
$28.85 per hour
Job Description:
Seeking two dedicated Case Managers to provide support services to clients during weekday business hours. This role involves case coordination, resource referrals, and client advocacy.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Background friendly (case-by-case review)
