Responsibilities:

• Help customers locate the product they need and load vehicles as necessary
• Unload and stock incoming materials
• Keep all yard and warehouse areas clean, neat safe, and secure
• Assemble and load products for delivery to customers, and transfer to other locations
• Observe yard and warehouse for safety, potential theft, and security risks
• Review vendor packing slip to verify quantity, product accuracy and condition to turn into receiving
• Store material safely to prevent damage
• Stock inventory neatly in the proper location within the yard and/or warehouse
• Operate and maintain the forklift and other yard equipment safely
• Complete daily forklift checklist
• Strive for zero product damage while loading and unloading
• Report all damages to the supervisor immediately
• Attend safety meetings regularly
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service experience required
• Forklift experience preferred
• Familiarity with power and hand tools
