The Last House Gala

Benefiting Success Centers

May 6, 2021

7:00 PM

$50 tax-deductible admission

In recent years, our gala featured a 1920s Gatsby theme. This year, we are proud to re-envision our gathering to honor the people who support our work: the members of The Last House.

We are partnering with Citizen Film on a virtual experience unlike anything we’ve ever done. Let us elevate you and celebrate you.

You will enjoy:

One night-only performances by inspiring artists

Vignettes about our work

Our grassroots fun(d)-a-dream for people who are changing their lives

Why Support Us?

Success Centers breaks down barriers for those who have been failed by the system. We empower people through equitable access to education, employment, housing, and the arts. By offering unconditional love to those who need it most, we help people build a brighter future and uplift our communities.

Our annual gala is our single most important source of individual donations for the year. Your support is critical to our work and our community.

Why now?

We are in a time of national consciousness-raising, with new and increased attention on fundamental issues of equity, justice, and societal cohesion.

Success Centers has been there for nearly 40 years—doing the work, walking the walk. But we can’t do it alone. We need allies.

We cannot return to business as usual.

We must work together to break down systemic barriers to successful lives.

We will emerge with more love for our neighbors, more dignity for all people, more compassion in our community.

Join us. If not now, when?

What is The Last House?

At Success Centers, we often refer to ourselves as the last house on the block. In many cases, the people we serve have nowhere else to turn. Individual acts of generosity ensure that our porch light glows brightly and our doors remain open—even during a global pandemic. And so we call our community of supporters The Last House. Check out our illustrious roster at successcenters.org/the-last-house.
