Leadership Academy
The Leadership Academy develops activities and provides training designed to improve the leadership skills of African Americans leaders in charge of non-profit organizations. Such courses aim to equip leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary to manage and grow their organizations and achieve their mission with a focus on:
- Fiscal Management
- Board Development
- Executive Coaching
- Program Development and Evaluation
- Fundraising and Resource Development
- Evaluation and Accountability
Overall, the Leadership Academy aims to provide leaders with the tools, skills, and knowledge needed to lead and succeed.
