Chief OfficerKatrina L. Jackson is an accomplished human resources and management executive with a strong financial background. With over 19 years of experience in both municipal government and non-profits, she has a successful track record in strategic planning, change management, and talent development. Her areas of expertise includes creating and managing profit and loss statements, balancing big-picture strategy, strategic analysis, legal regulations, risk management, contracting and leading teams to achieve organizational effectiveness and performance excellence. Dr. Jackson was attracted to Success Centers because it is an organization with values and a mission focused on developing employees, implementing innovative thought strategy and has a commitment to our communities.
Katrina L. Jackson earned a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice Administration with an emphasis in Law Enforcement and Administration and a minor in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Public Management. She also received her doctorate at Drexel University in Educational Leadership and Management.
She is a native of San Francisco and serves our communities with love and a loyal heart.
