Through Breaking Barriers, we work with community members, often on a one-to-one basis, to facilitate access to our programs and/or municipal services. The work takes place primarily in San Francisco. Services include:
Currently, we coordinate services to 1,000 households through eleven sites located at community housing sites throughout the City.
