The DTC (direct to consumer) Delivery Supervisor ensures that customers’ orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner with an exceptional customer experience. You will supervise the delivery department and work with the fulfillment staff to receive orders from our online menu and fulfill quickly and accurately. The DTC Delivery Supervisor contributes to the daily operation of the delivery operation while providing necessary support when needed to the rest of the business.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides accurate, timely, information in oral, written, and electronic communication to both customers and staff.
- Respond to all online delivery chats in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures and compliance regulations.
- Provide world-class customer service.
- Opening/Closing Supervisor Duties.
- Remain educated and informed about all products and up to date on promotions or sales.
- Ability to work in both a team environment and as an individual contributor.
- Assist in keeping a sanitary and clean work environment.

Qualifications

The Inventory Control Specialist 2 – Warehouse Operations is responsible for organizing, labelling, positioning and maintaining inventory at the assigned Inventory Location. In addition, the job responsibilities include ensuring inventory accuracy and availability using audit and cycle count techniques such that correct quantities are present in the Caliva IT systems. Job involves Receiving, Positioning, Transporting Warehouse large, palletized inventory to Internal and External entities which will require use of motorized equipment such as fork-lifts, scissors-lifts, vans and box-trucks.
What You’ll Do
- Appropriately label the product for placement in the Inventory Location
- Receive the Product and place it at designated locations in the warehouse/retail location
- Ensure that the information is Caliva IT systems reflects actual physical product inventory
- Packaging product Units/Cases in boxes and/or palletize them and making them ready for movement within the premises or shipment outside the premises for distribution
- Performs cycle counts of assigned inventory lots and locations.
- Maintain Inventory Logs to process cycle counts, review on-hand inventory, current activity, and past activity.
- Flags inventory discrepancies of under/over amounts and/or QC discrepancies to direct supervisor.
- Maintain organization of inventory by ensuring material/product is in the correct location; conducts searches to locate misclassified inventory.
- Shifting inventory inside the warehouse for optimal utilization and put away the boxes or palletized inventory on high shelves
- Stage/Pick inventory for all outgoing orders and assists in put away process for finished goods.
- Assist in the implementation of procedures to prevent errors.
- Ability to use the company information systems at advanced/expert levels – perform reporting, data analysis, making process and operating decisions using data
- High proficiency in Excel to analyze reports, create required cross-sections, develop v-look up tables
- Articulate operating processes and have the mindset to improve them
