Job Description:
Barbary Coast Cannabis Dispensary and Consumption Lounge
Founded, owned, and operated by multi-generational San Francisco natives, our main goal is to ensure the best cannabis experience for all guests. Since 2019, we have carried a wide variety of cannabis products, including pre-rolls, flower, edibles, beverages, topicals, and sublingual tinctures.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts receivable/accounts payable
- Report generation
- Data entry
- Assist with monthly account reconciliations
- Office maintenance
- HR liaison
- Filing
- Cash handling and bank deposits
- Confidential handling of company matters
- Assisting both the Store Manager and the Controller
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Docs/Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Comfortable with multitasking/switching duties quickly
- Mac proficient, Windows comfortable a plus
- Good oral/written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or part of a team
- Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.)
- Detail oriented
- Comfortable with math
- Basic knowledge of GAAP a plus
- Interact with both internal and external customers professionally
- Ability to pass a background check
- US work qualification
