• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations based on their needs.
• Provide customers with information about different cannabis products, including strains, doses, and effects.
• Ensure that the storefront is clean and organized, including product displays and inventory.
• Keep track of inventory levels and perform restocking if needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the cannabis industry and stay up to date on product trends and changes in regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive and welcoming environment for customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a retail setting.
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry and product.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
