Created specifically for Executive Directors, Board Leaders, and Senior Staff of nonprofit community-based organizations, the Leadership Academy provided up-and-coming African American leaders with the skills, networks, and supports needed to thrive in their roles. Over the course of ten months, participants worked intensively with highly regarded facilitators who possess deep knowledge of all aspects of organizational leadership.
