After working from home for two years designing STEM curriculum, Reba came to Success Centers to professionally reconnect with peers and colleagues. Success Centers mission aligned with who Reba is at her core; Family oriented, community based and driven to improve communities that impact her. Reba started with the Success Centers Equity for Industry team in August 2021 as a Sr. Career Advisor which gave her the opportunity to serve the Western Addition neighborhood by coordinating and facilitating the Cannabis Industry Training program, helping cannabis job seekers with employment. Reba’s professionalism, flexibility and dependability helped her to quickly become one of those Subject Matter Experts that other divisions within the Success Centers family could leverage for support. “Ask Reba, she can help with that,” became a motto around the organization. Reba participates with the Success Centers Communication Team to help create consistent branding and messaging and has hit the ground running in a new position as a Data Evaluations Specialist with our Career Center where she continues to contribute toward individual, team and organizational excellence.
