Characters: MIGHTY the German Shepherd, male, 17 EVIL, the Conscience, male, 17
Setting: In a 4 by 4 feet silver cage. A rusty bowl of food and some crusty metal tasting water, with multiple cages of all sizes around his and multiple dogs occupying them, hears a light bulb twitching, smells stinky, wet dog, and hears weeping.
Time: 2:07 AM on a Sunday, rainy day
At Rise: Mighty is in his cage thinking of walking on the beach with his girlfriend, Licha, and his future puppies. Evil is chilling in the dark, thinking of his next evil move.
EVIL Just do it.
MIGHTY NO! Get out of my head and leave me alone.
EVIL You know you want tooo.
MIGHTY No, I don’t!
EVIL Yes, you do.
MIGHTY How are you gonna tell me what I want and what I don’t want?!
EVIL Uhhm, because I can.

EVIL Says me.

EVIL Hahaha, who am I? I’m Evil, the 17 year old straight goer! Yee! Yee!
MIGHTY HA! Okay funny guy, it’s time to quit playing games. Are you gonna do what I want?

Does there really have to be something in it for you? Why can’t you just be nice and loving like before? You know, before that whole devil thing.

EVIL Because he made us look weak! Did you like looking weak?!
MIGHTY Of course, I didn’t like looking weak! But I got over it! That’s what you do in life! So I know you can do it too, Evil…
EVIL I know I can but I’m afraid of looking weak again. What? Do you think I don’t miss those good days too? Because I do! More than anything!
MIGHTY Well then, why don’t you permanently change for the better with me? How do you like it when I cut you off for Licha? The only reason I do that is because you’re bad, but if you change we can all be happy together!
EVIL Yeah, I guess.
MIGHTY I mean, wouldn’t you like to be the uncle of my pups.
EVIL Hahaha, I would like that. But, honestly, what makes you love her so much?
MIGHTY (Big inhale, big exhale) I don’t even know where to start. I mean besides the fact that we’ve been together for three years. She has always been there for me and loves me back. She’s the reason as to why I want to become a good dog and that gives me desire to marry her and have puppies.
EVIL That’s deep…
MIGHTY Yeah, I just want a good life for us where we can go on trips, walk on the beach, and do fun things, but also be responsible and take care of the pups.
EVIL You know what? I made up my mind. It’s still not gonna happen. Hahaha, thought he was.
MIGHTY Ferreal, ferreal. Yuou need to quit playing. We only have seven minutes before taking the behavior test! And that test will determine our destiny! Either we get put down, or we get freed! Do you want to die? Cause I know I don’t! I want to get married! I want to have puppies! And I just want a better life! I’m sick and tired of letting my parents and myself down! If you can please just change with me I’ll do anythink for you! I will never let anyone make us look weak and you can be the happiest conscience in the world once again.
EVIL But how do you know that for a fact?! You know how others are! They’re haters! They hate! That’s what they do! Do you even know how I felt when the devil made us look weak? NO! Because you never asked! But let me tell you now since we’re talking about it! It made me feel like a baby! Vulnerable! But that ended up turning into hate and anger! So now tell me, what do you have to say about that?!
MIGHTY Well, you never asked me about how I felt, so why would I ask you? It goes both ways you know.
EVIL Aghh, whatever!
MIGHTY Ferreal though! We can move out to the Bahamas in Hawaii, start fresh where nobody knows us, and that way we don’t have to worry about looking weak! Plus, I hear there’s some good dogs out there too, so we can have lots of friends just like before!
EVIL Uh-huh, keep going.
MIGHTY We only have one minute left!
EVIL I ain’t even playing. If you want me to change, you need to convince me.
MIGHTY (Big inhale, big exhale) We would live in a nice big house, with the beach in the backyard, throw parties with the new friends we make, and even go to the academy! With us on the same page we can become the greatest dog ever and make history!
EVIL Hahaha, that sounds dope!
MIGHTY So, what do you say?
