The Tragic Backstabbing Bat and Dog

Characters:
TRAGIC the DOG, 4 years old
TRAGIC got shot in the left eye, half of his tail is gone because he go jumped by some raccoons, and his hind left paw is sacred from cutting hisself hopping a gate.
BLACK the BAT, 8 years old
BLACK’s right wing is injured from a lemon that fell on her when he was talking to TRAGIC. (She can still fly by not longer than 15 minutes).
Setting:
A backyard of a trap house green grass, a fence with a hole that’s the size of a chair for a small child. White paint covers the exterior of the wooden house but due to extreme weather conditions some of the paint washed away revealing the old brown wood. The door and windows seem to be boarded up. He lives in a couch with a hole in it covered with tarp. The couch is family sized and is right next to a lemon tree. The couch is big enough for him to stand and fit one more dog. When he walks out he sees grass then the pavement that leads him to a
door that enters the house. The backyard is surrounded by a old wooden fence that was once light brown. The rain and fungus from the trees made the fence dark brown with light green spots. Leaning on the fence is 2 rusted mountain bikes, a BBQ pit, and 3 trashcans 1 blue, 1 black, and 1 green.
Time:
4:00pm Sunday end of fall.
At Rise:
TRAGIC is sitting on the couch while BLACK is standing on a low branch sticking out of the tree. The cool wind blowing through their hair as they begin to converse.
BLACK
Wassup Tragic.
TRAGIC
(Turns to swift)

BLACK
Nun much just chillin with my dawg How bout you T?
TRAGIC

BLACK

TRAGIC
(Testing BLACK)

I was just gonna go on a little trip to the forest you slidin?
TRAGIC

TRAGIC
(Playing the helpless role)

(Not sure what to say) I was just about to leave.
TRAGIC

BLACK

TRAGIC

(BLACK walking toward it and opens it, gasping at the 3 dead raccoons)
TRAGIC
(proven his point)

(expressing her feelings)
How could you do such a thing. I love you were best friends I’ve never back stabbed you before. And this is what you do.
TRAGIC
(understanding her pain)
Ok look Ima keep 3,000 wit you…what I did to them was wrong and I understand if you wanna leave but just know I was defending myself and I’m sorry. I love you and hope you forgive me.
BLACK
(hurting inside)
You just gave me the perfect reason to sacrifice you like I was planning to once I got my little claws on it.
TRAGIC
(sadness turning into anger)
You sacrifice me. I just poured my heart out and this is what you do. You plot on your best friend. You gotta bounce, skip, fly, skate, slide up outta here before I lose it.
BLACK
(with a forgiven heart)

TRAGIC
(Angrily)
That’s why I was about to leave this rotten, old, dirty place to meet up with my new babygirl and start a new life. You were out of the picture you backstabbing bat.
BLACK
(Shocked)

TRAGIC
(Standing over B looking vicious)
You make me sick to my stomach. The only reason I haven’t killed you yet is because my mom would be ashamed.
BLACK
(Scared)
I’m sorry T. I don’t know what I was thinking I was just determined to become a fish. I didn’t care what the cost was.
TRAGIC
(Thinking of his mom)
I just miss my mom part of me just wants to let go but I have just a little bit of hope to hold onto.
BLACK
(Feeling sorry)
I’ll never plot on you ever again. Your loyalty is worth more than my wants.
TRAGIC
How would I know if you’re telling me the truth or not if after these years, you’ve plotted against me?
BLACK
Because of I really wanted that, I wouldn’t have told you about it, I would have just done it.
TRAGIC
Well you did try to convince me to got to the forest with you and…
BLACK
To keep it 1,000 wit you, I don’t like when we argue and I never found out how to tell you this but…
TRAGIC
What are you talking about?
BLACK
I think we should get together and start a new life.
TRAGIC
I thought about it and I considered it, but I never spoke on it.
BLACK
Really?
TRAGIC
Of course. I thought about starting a new life with someone I can be honest with but I never knew this person was in front of me all these years.
BLACK
I can’t believe this is really happening. You got me all in my feelings.
TRAGIC
Are you sure you want to do this?

TRAGIC

TRAGIC
