Success Centers offered young adults subsidized on-the-job training. This program offers youth up to 400 hours of subsidized employment. We not only support our youth throughout the entire subsidized process, we provide employers with supports to ensure that they have the resources to help the youth succeed in the subsidized employment and transition into full-time, benefitted jobs.
